Our district and community are strong, and we need someone who reflects that strength and shares our commitment to academic and operational excellence. In a second term, I want us to increase transparency with parents and the community and ensure safety planning covers all times students and staff are on campus, including early‑morning practices, bus rides, and late‑evening events. These efforts help maintain a secure, well‑prepared environment across every facility in our district.

CSD is developing a new five-year District Strategic Plan alongside School Renewal Plans for every school building. This work is designed to align the district’s mission, values, and daily practices; establish clear, measurable objectives; and strengthen shared accountability across the district. I can't stress enough how important it is
CSD is developing a new five-year District Strategic Plan alongside School Renewal Plans for every school building. This work is designed to align the district’s mission, values, and daily practices; establish clear, measurable objectives; and strengthen shared accountability across the district. I can't stress enough how important it is for all stakeholders to have their voices heard. The district plans on using Cognia’s Strategic Thinking & Planning model, a continuous improvement cycle that moves through four interconnected phases: envisioning, planning, implementing, and evaluating. Each phase informs the next, creating an ongoing process that supports reflection, adaptation, and long-term improvement across the district. I can't imagine a new five-year strategic plan with real input from our teachers and parents.
